Title Screen and Reindeer Toy Drops

Added a title to the main menu. Added a close button the machine menus. Added addtionally blurring and time scale adjustments when paused.

Reindeer now stop at the sleigh when you are on the main menu, dropping of another round of toys (if you've completed any factories). Currently, a player will need to wait for the reindeer to fill up twice while still in the factory before the game considers a factory complete. I plan to change this, or at the very least communicate the need to wait...
