Flying Reindeer and More UI Improvements

Reindeer now fly across the screen to represent items being delivered to Santa's sleigh. I still have one more thing to do to finish off the reindeer: actually delivering to the sleigh on the main menu screen.

Addtionally, I changed to location of the elf options menu to be under the selected elf rather than on the side of the screen. Much easier to edit elves!
