Updated visuals

Improved the visuals, got some more work to do here, will continue. Boosted saturation, improved camera backgrounds, realigned ski trails.

Added a loading screen with helpful hints (though you will have limited time to read them, as loading is pretty quick)

Skiing sounds and wind sounds will stop when you crash now.

Changed the models for the shield, speed boost, and coin.

Moving forward, I have plans to add various particles (including falling snow), and improving the obstacles.
